NovaForge builds an end-to-end voice AI platform, called Nova, that answers phone calls, handles customer requests, and conducts hiring interviews. Its self-trained NovaSpeech pipeline turns speech into text, generates replies, and speaks back over WebSocket sessions, while the Nova agent trains on company documents and acts inside CRMs and databases. Nova supports 30 languages, on-prem deployment, and video calls via NovaMeet, with voice also reaching candidates over WhatsApp.
