About the job: Own enterprise implementations end to end, from understanding business workflows and designing AI use cases to configuring the platform, building integrations, driving pilots and ensuring successful production rollout. Build and configure AI workflows including prompts, conversation logic, routing rules, fallback handling and automation behaviour. Integrate with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ticketing tools, dialers, internal APIs and databases. Act as the technical face of GreyLabs during implementation, running workshops, demos and troubleshooting sessions. Analyse conversation logs and performance metrics to optimise accuracy, containment and efficiency.
About the company: GreyLabs AI provides an Agentic Voice AI platform for enterprise BFSI clients, automating customer conversations across sales, collections, customer service and compliance in multiple Indian languages.
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting or implementation engineering

• Strong Python, including scripts, API integrations and data transformations in production

• REST APIs, webhooks and authentication patterns (OAuth, token-based auth)

• Data connectivity: SFTP, S3 or batch data ingestion

• Ability to debug production issues by reading logs and tracing data flows

• Strong communication skills to translate between engineering and business teams
