It runs entirely on-device for private, low-latency calls, serving people with voice conditions such as stuttering or vocal cord paralysis, and enabling discreet silent calling. Whispp licenses the technology to mobile and PC OEMs, and the Leiden-founded company raised €5 million in growth funding led by LUMO Labs in July 2026 after receiving a €2.5 million EIC Accelerator grant.
