Fixa builds open-source tools for testing and monitoring AI voice agents. Its Python package uses an AI voice agent to call a team's voice agent over Twilio, then scores the conversation with an LLM, detecting latency, interruptions and correctness issues. A hosted observability layer tracks production calls with metrics and Slack alerts. The stack integrates Pipecat, Cartesia, Deepgram and OpenAI.
